Breast Uplift With Implants
Treatment overview
Breast lift surgery, when combined with breast augmentation, is an operation to lift and shape the breasts while placing implants to enhance volume.
Some women experience ‘empty’ breasts, particularly after breastfeeding or weight loss. A breast uplift makes the breasts firmer and higher, with a more appealing shape, but very empty breasts can benefit from combining this procedure with implants. During a mastopexy augmentation, your skin and breast tissue (and most commonly the nipple too) are lifted and reshaped while extra volume is added by means of an implant.

See more detailsBreasts naturally droop with age, because the skin and fibrous ligaments in the breast become stretched and are unable to offer the support they used to. The supporting fibrous ligaments can’t be replaced or restored, but the breasts can be reshaped by removing extra skin, remodelling the tissue, and moving the nipples up to a higher position. Some women choose to have the breasts enlarged at the same time, for added shape and volume.
